JR's POS Depot will administer the manufacturers' warranty for a period of twelve (12) months during which time we will issue an RA for return of products for repair. In some cases the product may need to be sent to the manufacturer for repairs or qualification of warranty. Product is warrantied for defects in parts but not against customer abuse. Accessories, such as cables, power supplies, stylus pens, privacy shields, or other add-ons are not included in this warranty. The warranty does not cover Memory Corruption or Data loss due to acts of nature, abuse or misuse, Deployment Services are not covered under Warranty. Standard Service Fees will apply for Encryption, Application Loads and Terminal Programming.
