  Repair and Deployment Services include but are not limited to, Diagnostics, Encryption, Application Loads, Terminal Programming, CERT CLEAR, and Screen calibration. In some cases, the product may need to be sent to the manufacturer for repairs and warranty eligibility. The product is warranted for defects in parts but not against customer abuse. Contact customer service to obtain a Repair Authorization (RA) number and ship your item(s) with all contents as instructed by customer service. Any packages shipped without an RA number will not be accepted and will result in service delays. ALL REPAIRS ARE SUBJECT TO A $15 DIAGNOSTIC FEE if No Problem is found (NPF). This includes damaged or broken equipment that cannot be serviced.  Any Equipment deemed not eligible for a repair, will be returned to the address on the service order. Standard UPS Shipping fees will apply for all returned products.
