The PAX Q25 is a versatile new PIN pad that can be connected to the PAX payment terminals such as the A80 or S80. In these configurations, payment entry is extended from the merchant-facing device to enable direct consumer entry, while payment transaction routing continues to be managed by the integrated merchant-facing device. The Q25 supports all types of payment acceptance including traditional credit/debit cards as well as touchless payments done via QR codes or Contactless NFC. The sleek and ergonomic design of the Q25 lends itself to being mounting installed on a stand or counter-top, or it can be handed over to the consumer. The Q25 includes the latest payment industry certifications, including PCI PTS 5.x and SRED.
