TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Support hours of operation are from 8 AM EST -8 PM EST 7 Days a week. Calls are answered in the order they are received. All calls received after operation hours, will have option to leave a message for next day assistance. When a call or an incident report is received, a ticket is opened.
