Any customer having a problem with equipment received within 30 Days of shipping would call JR's Customer Service Department for troubleshooting or replacement if required. If eligible for a replacement, the Customer Service Representative would issue an RMA and a request for a call tag at the time of shipment. After 30 Days, the equipment would be eligible for an RA (Repair Authorization) Number.

All equipment shipped is warranted by JR's for one year from date shipped.
