MULTI CARRIER PLAN

AT&T and MULTI-CARRIER Wireless network connectivity for SIM card applications of any size.

The Yearly Plan solution provides a more flexible, more robust, lower cost option for customers looking for SIM cards with service for their devices.

Basic Provisions

§ Transaction counts are approximate and will vary based on transaction type, data submitted, batch size etc.

§ Downloading applications or configuration updates may use significant amounts of data bytes

§ Cellular usage in excess of plan is rounded up and billed at $9.99 per MB on all plans

§ Plans are subject to a $15 SIM CARD & activation fee

§ $175 termination fee will be charged if plan is terminated within 12 months of activation

§ Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes and roaming charges

§ Prices are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice

Any SIMs received by client must be activated within 60 days of receipt. SIMs NOT activated within 60 days will be charged per data plan agreement.
